Jeetkhel.uk is an information site. We do not run accounts, take payments or accept wagers, which means we collect far less data than the platforms we write about. This page sets out exactly what is collected, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Jeetkhel.uk publishes guidance about the Jeetkhel casino brand. We hold no gambling permissions, run no accounts and settle no bets, so there is no balance, no transaction history and no identity file here to lose.
That information-only scope is why this policy stays short: most run long because the business behind them collects far more.
Five categories, and only five. Anything not on this list is not collected.
| Category | What it is | Why it exists |
|---|---|---|
| Messages you send | Your email address and the text of the enquiry | To answer you |
| Server logs | IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp | Security and diagnostics |
| Referral parameter | Which page an outbound click came from | Attribution of the click, not of you |
| Aggregate analytics | Counts and trends, with no individual identified | To see which pages help |
| Never collected | Payment details, ID documents, casino credentials | Not applicable to this site |
Strictly necessary cookies keep pages working. Analytics cookies, where enabled, count visits. Referral cookies remember which page sent an outbound click.
Block them, delete them, or leave them alone. The site reads perfectly well without any of the 3, and no feature on these pages is gated behind accepting one. Browser settings are the control, and they override anything set here.
Does this site share data with third parties? Only with the services that actually deliver it.
Those are a hosting provider, a content delivery network, an analytics provider where enabled, and a web font service. Each sees only what its job requires.
Data storage location depends on those providers and may sit in the UK, the European Economic Area or elsewhere under their transfer safeguards. Nothing is sold, and nothing reaches advertisers for profiling.
On data retention: server logs last a matter of months before deletion or anonymisation, aggregate analytics may be held longer because they identify nobody, and correspondence survives as long as the matter it concerns plus a short buffer.
UK GDPR requires a stated legal basis for every category of processing, so here are ours, one line each. Messages you send us are processed under legitimate interest — answering a question you asked is the obvious purpose, and it stops the moment the thread closes. Server logs are processed under legitimate interest too, specifically security and abuse prevention, which is why they are kept briefly rather than indefinitely. Aggregate analytics, where enabled, rely on consent via the cookie banner; decline it and no analytics cookie is set. Nothing here relies on "legitimate interest" as a blanket excuse to hold data longer than the stated purpose needs.
We do not use profiling, automated decision-making or anything that produces a legal effect on you. A referral parameter recording which page you clicked from is attribution of a click, not a profile of a person, and it is discarded on the same short schedule as the rest of server-log data.
This site is not directed at children, and gambling content generally is age-restricted — see the 18+ notice in the footer. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we become aware that we have, the record is deleted rather than retained.
Readers outside the UK and EEA should know that a hosting provider, content delivery network or analytics processor may handle data outside their home jurisdiction. Where that happens, it happens under that provider's own published transfer safeguards, not under a bespoke arrangement of ours, because we do not operate our own international data centres.
How can a visitor contact us about their data? In four steps, and the terms of each are set by UK and EU law.
For example, a reader who wrote to us in March and wants that thread erased needs 1 line: the date and the address used. Because we operate no accounts, correspondence is usually the only personal data we hold about anyone.
No. There is nothing to register for here, so no profile, password or balance is ever created on this domain.
No. Account data sits entirely with the operator, so any query about a balance or a payout must go to [email protected].
No. Personal data is not sold, rented or handed to advertisers for profiling, and there is no arrangement under which it could be.
The site still works completely. Only referral attribution and aggregate visit counting are affected, and neither changes what you can read.
Email the editorial route using the address you originally wrote from, and give the approximate date of the message you want erased.
The date shown at the top of this page, 15 September 2026. Updates appear here rather than by individual notice.
No. We do not run an email list or send promotional messages, and any correspondence you send us is used only to answer that correspondence.
We update the date at the top of the page and, for a material change to what is collected or why, add a short note in this FAQ describing what changed and when.
